Locate the return form included in your original package or download it from our website, ensuring all fields regarding your order number and item details are completed.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping box or any sturdy packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid return label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point or Poczta Polska location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 14 business days.
